The staff was very responsive, exceptionally helpful all the time. I booked a nice size high standard room with a view. The morning breakfast was above average and rich with a nice view over the Danube, fried eggs, a banana❤

I truly enjoyed the well-equipped room with a writing table, dresser, and a nice size. the location was central, close to a wider choice of food, an ancient monastery, and immediately next to the Matthias Church. - There were a museum and historical buildings near the venue.

The hotel is perfectly situated, with plenty of local cafes right by the Fishermen's Bastion and just a short walk to the downtown of the city. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to several historic sites, allowing for easy exploration. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-appointed with amenities such as electric curtains and blinds. The breakfast is tasty, fresh, and well-presented. The staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring guests have a pleasant stay.

The service can be lacking at times, as some staff members may not be as understanding towards customer service as one would expect.

We absolutely loved the newly renovated interior of the hotel, it gave a fresh and modern feel to our stay. The view from our room of the beautiful city at night was simply breathtaking. The excellent location of the hotel allowed us to easily explore all the key attractions of the city. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide selection and the dining area was clean and nicely decorated.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The bathroom was spacious and even had built-in speakers from the TV, making it a perfect place to unwind. The breakfast location was truly incredible, with a wide variety of food options including vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free options. The room service was extremely fast and efficient, adding to the overall convenience. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I was very impressed with how well-maintained everything was. The highlight for me was the breathtaking view of the Danube and the Fisherman's Bastion from my room. It was truly a unique and magical experience.
